Bighorn on the River is a beautiful piece of the Snake River and we wanted to bring it back to its natural self. To correct and restore the land and enhance all of the natural beauty, we implemented the first recorded wildlife conservation plan in Nez Perce County.

We are blessed to have Bighorn sheep birthing grounds and natural pasture areas for them.  You'll also find healthy populations of elk, bobcat, turkey, pheasant, deer, salmon, steelhead, trout, sturgeon, and bass!
